Refund policy

We want to provide our customers with the best shopping experience and know you will love all your items. In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns

Please note all returns will incur a return shipping fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please contact our customer service team at shop.b.peachy@gmail.com to begin the return process.

If a damaged item was received, please include a picture of the damage in your return request email.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please note, after the return label has been received, you will have 5 business days to mail the package back to us.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact for final return processing and your refund to take place.

For any returned merchandise that is not received in its original, unused condition, the shop reserves the right to decline the refund request.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, and earrings are final sale and non-refundable

Additional accommodations may be offered at the shop’s discretion.

  

Missing Items

If your package has been marked as delivered by the courier, but has not been received, please allow 3 days prior to contacting our team for assistance. 

Our shop will make every attempt to replace any missing items. In the event an item is no longer available, a store credit will be offered.
